CARE FOR YOUR BARBEQUE GRILL
There is nothing quite as delectable as a slow cooked, mesquite infused steak, burgers or steamed vegetables grilled on a warm summer day with family or friends.
Like most of us, you cannot wait to get out of your office and get into the great outdoors while enjoying some savory cooked food on a grill.
The only thing is that you need to remember a few items to ensure a pleasant and successful barbeque.
After all, nobody likes old caked on food on your grate on the grill.
A few extra moments of preparation is all it takes and will be well worth it.
In order to have a successful barbeque getting all the help you can is key. The Barbeque Industry Association says, “Today, with more Americans lighting their barbecue grills than ever before, it is important to always remember that a successful barbecue is a safe barbecue.
Following is a list of safety tips to guide you through the grilling process. But remember, anytime you work with fire there's a chance of getting burned. So take precautions! Common sense and planning will prevent injuries”.
Must Have Grill Tools
Big industrial grill brush
Long stainless steel tongs
Long stainless spatula for burgers and such
Squirt bottle with water
Pepper mill for fresh ground pepper
